The 2024 growing season was hot and dry, and displayed optimum fruit with low acidity. The grapes were gently pressed into stainless steel and fermented cool.
Diamond is a crisp white wine leaving a strong grape flavor on the finish. Low BRIX harvest to obtain citrus, floral, and tropical notes. Elegant balance of acidity, & sweetness.
