Two times a year, you will receive a package of hand-crafted and locally produced wine to enjoy. You choose the shipment size based on your Membership Level.

Each Membership Level comes with VIP privileges and Membership Benefits such as: Wine Club Appreciation Events, Exclusive access to Library wines, and “buy anytime” discounts.

All club levels provide a convenient way for friends and family to enjoy GT wine at a discounted rate while supporting a small local business.

No annual membership fees! Members can cancel membership with 30-day notification without penalties.

**Members must complete a 12-month billing cycle upon sign-up date or incur a $150 early cancellation fee**

• Please Note: our low annual production of cases will limit the number of club members we can enroll. Selecting the shipment option allows GT Winery to ship wine and charge your credit card on file 14 days after email notification.

By completing this application, I certify that I, or the recipient of this gift, is at least 21 years of age. I agree that I will receive my GT wine shipment according to the schedule for the club that I have joined, as established by Grace Tyler Estate Winery LLC. I may cancel my membership any time after fulfilling the first order requirement, by giving notice, in writing, 30-days prior to the next scheduled wine shipment/pick up date. I am responsible for payment of orders billed if appropriate notice of cancellation is not given to GT Winery. I have authorized Grace Tyler Estate Winery LLC to charge my credit card 7-days before each shipment of wine. An email notification will be sent 21 days prior to wine shipment/pick up date to allow members to update credit card information, change shipping address, or revise their wine options. It is my obligation to inform Grace Tyler Estate Winery LLC, in writing, of any address changes 7 days prior to scheduled shipment. Grace Tyler Estate Winery LLC will not be responsible for additional shipping charges due to misdirected packages. If members chose the pick-up option: All wine will automatically be shipped 30-days after the club release date and shipped at my expense as outlined. Shipments are subject to sales tax and fees.
