2022 Stainless Steel Chardonnay

he 2022 Stainless Steel Chardonnay was a hot dry growing season which lent itself to depth and excellent structure. The grapes were gently pressed into stainless steel and fermented warm. This wine is clean and crisp with vibrant fruit aromatics, lime zest, and a light floral note. The palate showcases the ability of a chardonnay to be crisp but retain opulence without the influence of oak with a surprisingly round entry followed by lasting acidity. The finish is clean wihtout any lingering depth.
